How to use the brake cleaner:
shake the container
spray the soiled components from a distance of approximately 20 cm
allow it to evaporate or wipe it off with a dry microfiber cloth
repeat the process if necessary.
Brake cleaner – what to avoid:
Do not apply to plastic, rubber, or silicone surfaces
protect from direct sunlight and temperatures exceeding +50°C
use only in well-ventilated areas
Can I use brake cleaner to clean the engine bay?
For cleaning the engine bay, we recommend a dedicated engine cleaner, such as K2 Akra. While brake cleaner can be used on the engine, it must be applied with great caution and only to specific, localized areas.
Can brake cleaner be used as a paint degreaser?
Brake cleaner is a product specifically designed for cleaning brake discs. For degreasing car body surfaces, we have developed specialized paint degreasers: K2 Klient and K2 Klient Pro.
