1. General Provisions
1.1. The indicated quantity of products available for purchase is indicated with a time delay and may differ from the actual availability in the warehouse.
1.2. When placing an order, the buyer is obliged to provide an exact description of the required product, its manufacturer's catalog number or all the vehicle data necessary to accurately determine the required product (vehicle chassis number (VIN), engine type and number, presence (absence) of an air conditioner, type and number of gearbox, body kit, etc.). In the case of an independent order without consulting the seller's consultants, the buyer is personally responsible for the choice of products.
1.3. After placing an order, the product is not reserved. The sales contract is considered concluded (entered into force) from the moment the order status changes to "paid".
1.4. Disputes arising between the buyer and ristmik.fi arising from or in connection with the orders and purchases are resolved by the parties through negotiations. If the agreement cannot be reached, the parties have the right to apply for the protection of their rights either to the Consumer Protection Board or the Tallinn City Court. When resolving disagreements, the parties proceed from the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
2. Price
2.1. All prices include VAT applicable in the Republic of Finland.
3. Payment
The customer is obliged to check the invoice before paying and make sure that all specified data are completely accurate and correspond to the actual order made. Invoice payment term is 5 working days from the date of ordering. The execution of the order will begin only after the specified amount has been received on the bank account of ristmik.fi. If at the end of the payment period the invoice remains unpaid, the order is automatically canceled.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE (exception: heavy and bulky goods, batteries) anywhere in Finland if the purchase amount exceeds 200.- EUR.
4.2. Delivery is carried out by SmartPost (Itella) or DPD Post, depending on the product.
4.3. Delivery of products is carried out within 1-2 working days if the products are available in stock.
4.4. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time may take longer. In this case, the buyer will be immediately notified of this by the service department of ristmik.fi
5. Packaging
5.1. ristmik.fi recommends keeping the original packaging of the products in case it becomes necessary to transport for warranty service.
5.2. You cannot remove from the product the serial number or other important information necessary to identify the product.
6. Cancellation of order
6.1. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase order made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The customer is obliged to notify ristmik.fi of this intention by e-mail info@ristmik.fi. The seller asks to indicate in the application the reason for returning the products.
6.2. In case of cancellation of the order, the customer undertakes to pay the postage expenses associated with the return of the products in the amount of up to 10.- EUR, unless the product to be returned does not correspond to the order terms.
6.3. In case of termination of the contract, it is necessary to return the purchased products immediately (but no later than 14 calendar days).
6.4. ristmik.fi offers the buyer an exchange for another desired product with a recalculation of the order value, or a refund of the full amount of the paid funds to the customer's current account. (This paragraph is valid even if the desired product is not in stock). Payment is made only by bank transfer, and only to the account from which the order was paid. Payment is made no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the buyer's application.
7. Return of products
7.1. The returned products must not be used as well as be in their original packaging:
7.1.1. ristmik.fi adheres to the principle of rationality when determining the previous use of the returned product, i.e. if, in order to find out the suitability of a product, it must be tested, then the product is considered unused;
7.1.2. the consumer must open the original packaging of the products carefully and without damaging the packaging. If the packaging is not openable, then the returned product must be in its original packaging;
7.1.3. the product must contain all factory labels including the serial number.
7.2. The 14-day right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the following products:
7.2.1. products that are manufactured with the expectation of the personal needs of the consumer or according to special conditions provided by the consumer;
7.2.2. audio and video recordings, software in the event that the consumer opened the package and/or activated the product;
7.2.3. magazines, books and other periodicals.
7.3. Steering racks, power steering pumps, generators, starters, axle shafts and brake calipers are sold only on condition that the old part is returned to the store. The cost of the old part is deducted from the price of the new part, provided that the old part is to be restored at the factory.
8. Warranty
8.1. ristmik.fi does not perform warranty repairs. Repairs are carried out by authorized service centers. In the absence of such a center, warranty repairs are carried out through ristmik.fi by the supplier's or manufacturer's repair shop.
8.2. The warranty period starts from the moment the customer receives the products indicated on the invoice/consignment. The manufacturer is responsible for the product within 6 months.
8.3. The basis for the warranty repair is the invoice/consignment issued by ristmik.fi, the warranty card and the defective device itself. The serial number must not be damaged on the device. If the serial number of the device is damaged or illegible, the service center or ristmik.fi has the right to refuse free of charge warranty repair.
8.4. The customer must deliver the defective product to the store. 8.5. If the device cannot be repaired and/or the production of this device model is discontinued, the supplier (importer)/manufacturer replaces the product with a homogeneous product with the same characteristics.
9. The following are not covered by the warranty
9.1. Operational and physical damage resulting from intentional or unintentional physical damage or due to the entry of foreign objects, liquids, insects, excessive dust, etc. into the device.
9.2. Operational and physical damage caused by faulty electrical wiring, power outages or power surges.
9.3. Operational and physical damage caused by the use of non-original and/or incompatible parts.
9.4. Operational problems that are caused by improper use of the device and violation of the requirements of the operating instructions (use of the product in a different environment than usual).
9.5. If the products are damaged in the event of a traffic accident or as a result of careless operation.
9.6. If damage to the fuel supply system of the vehicle and the exhaust system is caused by the use of low-quality fuel (including due to pollution, the use of leaded gasoline or diesel fuel inappropriate for the season).
9.7. If the damage (including the suspension and the steering mechanism) has arisen as a result of inattentive driving on uneven roads or associated with shock stress of vehicle parts.
9.8. If there is noise (creak, squeak) in the brakes.
9.9. External damage to glass and body, lighting parts.
9.10. Wear parts and materials (oil, filters, fuses, lamps, etc.)
10. Warranty obligations
10.1. Damaged Products can be accepted for examination only accompanying by the following documents:
10.2. An order for the installation of products on the buyer's vehicle, issued by the relevant car service.
10.3. The order form must contain the following information:
10.4. Vehicle plate number.
10.5. Name and surname of the owner.
10.6. Model and type of vehicle engine.
10.7. Work performed for the installation of a specific part, and their cost, as well as the accompanying mandatory work that must be performed to replace related components and assemblies; vehicle identification number - VIN code (17-digit number, which is entered in the technical passport of the vehicle).
10.8. Payment documents that confirm payment for services (copy of the receipt).
10.9. The conclusion of the service station on the reasons for the inoperability of the products, drawn up on a letterhead.
10.10. The absence of any of the aforementioned documents and/or inconsistency or incorrect filling of the warranty documents (inaccurate, with errors, carelessly) entails a refusal to consider the warranty case.
11. Responsibilities of the parties
11.1. ristmik.fi is liable to the customer, and the customer is liable to ristmik.fi for damage caused to the other party by violation of these Terms in the cases and to the extent established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
11.2. ristmik.fi is not liable for damage or delay in delivery of products incurred by the customer if the damage or delay in delivery is caused by circumstances that ristmik.fi could not influence, and the occurrence of which ristmik.fi has not foreseen and could not foresee.
12. Protection of personal data
12.1. When a customer registers in the online store and makes purchases, ristmik.fi saves the customer's personal data (name and surname, postal and e-mail addresses, contact phone numbers) and all information about the purchases made. All data received from the customer during the ordering process is treated by ristmik.fi as the customer's personal data and is processed as confidential information in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Law for better planning of purchases and analysis of consumer habits. ristmik.fi does not transfer any of the received data to third parties, except for the minimum data necessary for organizing the delivery of products.
12.2. The customer has the right to view the data at the disposal of ristmik.fi, as well as to prohibit their further processing.
12.3. The use of an encrypted data transmission channel between ristmik.fi and banks ensures that no outsider, including ristmik.fi, gains access to the customer's personal bank details.
